Refund & Return Policy – QudratCAres

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Damaged product is received
  • Product is defective upon arrival

Return Request Time

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal oils cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refund may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another approved method

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for damaged or incorrect products.
